Sister Connection announces Promotion of Emma CrowE to Chief Development and Operations Officer

Sister Connection is delighted to announce the promotion of Emma CrowE to the position of Chief Development and Operations Officer, effective immediately. Emma has been a vital member of our team for the past three years, serving as the Donor Development Coordinator, where she has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership and a deep commitment to Sister Connection’s mission.

In her previous role, Emma was instrumental in expanding our donor base and enhancing our fundraising strategies, resulting in a significant increase in contributions and community support. Her passion for serving the widows and orphans of Burundi and her innovative approach to donor relations have greatly strengthened our organization’s outreach efforts and community engagement.

As Chief Development and Operations Officer, Emma will oversee all aspects of development and operational strategy, with a focus on maximizing organizational efficiency and implementing best practices in fundraising and donor relations. She will work closely with the executive leadership team to align operational functions with our overarching goals and strategic plan.

Emma holds a Bachelor’s degree from Central Washington University and has extensive experience in nonprofit management and fundraising. She is a passionate advocate for empowering poor and marginalized women and children.
